5/16 - Travelogue - A Journey Through Languedoc with Phil & Kristeen Grimes
This talk was originally scheduled for January but had to be postponed on account of weather.
Travel to the heart of Mediterranean France for an unforgettable evening exploring Languedoc, a region of unexpected pleasures, warm and gracious people and incredibly varied terrain. Between sandy beaches southwest of Montpelier and rugged mountains in the north lies a beautiful landscape of undulating, vineyard-laced hills dotted with charming historic villages that remain unspoiled and authentic.
Kristeen and Phil Grimes, owners of Belle France Tours, lead customized, small group journeys to Languedoc, a region that stretches from the Rhone river to the Spanish border. Over the years their now adult children Rain and Deva have made it a family enterprise, becoming knowledgeable ambassadors to this unique region.
